rsorgung%20mit%20Vollsortimentern%20also%20eher%20gering.%20So%20ist%20damals%20der%20Markt%20in%20Dobbertin%20als%20erstes%20entstanden.%20Dann%20haben%20wir%20auch%20einfach%20das%20Gl%C3%BCck%20gehabt%2C%20einen%20hervorragenden%20Betreiber%20in%20Mecklenburg-Vorpommern%20zu%20bekommen.%20Das%20ist%20der%20Diakonieverein%20G%C3%BCstrow%2C%20der%20jetzt%20allein%20schon%20f%C3%BCnf%20CAP-%20und%20zwei%20Drogeriem%C3%A4rkte%20betreibt%20%E2%80%93%20nach%20unserem%20Konzept.%20Das%20wird%20dort%20wirklich%20sehr%20gut%20umgesetzt.Wie%20kommen%20die%20Angestellten%20zu%20ihren%20Jobs%20in%20CAP-M%C3%A4rkten%3FHeckmann%3A%20Wir%20gehen%20explizit%20auf%20die%20Suche%20nach%20Menschen%20mit%20Behinderung.%20Wir%20schauen%20also%20%C3%BCber%20die%20Integrationsfachdienste%2C%20welche%20Menschen%20mit%20Behinderung%20zur%20Verf%C3%BCgung%20stehen%2C%20die%20vielleicht%20auch%20schon%20l%C3%A4ngere%20Zeit%20in%20Arbeitslosigkeit%20sind.%20Oder%20wir%20gehen%20auf%20Werkst%C3%A4tten%20f%C3%BCr%20behinderte%20Menschen%20zu%2C%20wo%20Mitarbeiter%20sind%2C%20die%20dort%20erst%20einmal%20ein%20Praktikum%20machen%2C%20um%20dann%20eventuell%20in%20einen%20sozialversicherungspflichtigen%20Arbeitsplatz%20zu%20wechseln.Ansonsten%20suchen%20wir%20nat%C3%BCrlich%20Marktleiter%20nach%20den%20gleichen%20Kriterien%2C%20wie%20andere%20Arbeitgeber%20auch.%20Allerdings%20bekommen%20unsere%20Marktleiter%20noch%20eine%20Zusatzausbildung%20in%20den%20ersten%20zwei%20Jahren.%20Dort%20wird%20dann%20sehr%20stark%20auf%20die%20Zusammenarbeit%20mit%20Menschen%20mit%20Behinderung%20eingegangen.Wie%20wirkt%20sich%20die%20Arbeit%20auf%20das%20Leben%20der%20Menschen%20mit%20Behinderung%20aus%3FHeckmann%3A%20Unsere%20Mitarbeiter%20haben%20ein%20ganz%20anderes%20Selbstwertgef%C3%BChl.%20Sie%20sind%20weder%20in%20einer%20Werkstatt%20besch%C3%A4ftigt%2C%20noch%20sind%20sie%20arbeitslos.%20Sie%20sind%20Mitarbeiter%20eines%20CAP-Marktes%2C%20verdienen%20ihr%20eigenes%20Gehalt%20und%20k%C3%B6nnen%20ihren%20Lebensunterhalt%20zum%20%C3%BCberwiegenden%20Teil%20selbst%20bestreiten.%20Das%20f%C3%B6rdert%20nat%C3%BCrlich%20ungemein%20das%20Selbstbewusstsein%20und%20das%20Selbstwertgef%C3%BChl%20der%20Mitarbeiter.Inwiefern%20k%C3%B6nnen%20CAP-M%C3%A4rkte%20zum%20Thema%20Inklusion%20beitragen%3FHeckmann%3A%20%C3%9Cber%20Inklusion%20redet%20man%20erst%20seit%20zwei%20Jahren%2C%20davor%20war%20es%20Integration.%20Wir%20machen%20eigentlich%20seit%20fast%2020%20Jahren%20nichts%20Anderes%20als%20Inklusion%2C%20weil%20unsere%20Angestellten%20Teil%20des%20ersten%20Arbeitsmarktes%20sind%20%E2%80%93%20im%20Kontakt%20mit%20den%20Kunden.%20Bei%20uns%20sind%20nicht-behinderte%20und%20behinderte%20Menschen%20zusammen%20an%20ein%20und%20demselben%20Arbeitsplatz.%20Und%20wir%20besch%C3%A4ftigen%20eigentlich%20alle%2C%20also%20Menschen%20mit%20K%C3%B6rperbehinderung%2C%20mit%20Lernschwierigkeiten%20%E2%80%93%20sogenannter%20%26quot%3Bgeistiger%20Behinderung%26quot%3B%20%E2%80%93%20oder%20mit%20psychischen%20Erkrankungen.%20Bei%20uns%20ist%20Inklusion%20also%20nichts%20Besonderes%2C%20sondern%20etwas%20Allt%C3%A4gliches%20und%20Selbstverst%C3%A4ndliches.Was%20wollen%20Sie%20mit%20den%20CAP-M%C3%A4rkten%20noch%20erreichen%3FHeckmann%3A%20F%C3%BCr%20uns%20ist%20es%20wichtig%2C%20dass%20wir%20die%20Menschen%20mit%20Behinderung%20noch%20besser%20qualifizieren.%20Da%20gibt%20es%20aber%20sicher%20noch%20M%C3%B6glichkeiten%20und%20Potenziale.%20Wir%20versuchen%20zusammen%20mit%20verschiedensten%20Industrie-%20und%20Handelskammern%20niederschwellige%20Ausbildungsangebote%20anzubieten%2C%20so%20dass%20wir%20auch%20die%20Chance%20haben%2C%20diese%20Mitarbeiter%20aus%20den%20Inklusionsbetrieben%20eventuell%20nachher%20auf%20dem%20ersten%20Arbeitsmarkt%20bei%20gro%C3%9Fen%20Ketten%20wie%20Edeka%2C%20Rewe%2C%20Aldi%20oder%20Lidl%20unterzubringen.%20Das%20ist%20unser%20gro%C3%9Fes%20Ziel.%20Mehr%20%C3%BCber%20die%20CAP-M%C3%A4rkte%20unter%3A%20www.cap-markt.de%20...%20mehrweniger
